I have 20 years experience in a busy accounts department, seeing a family run business grow from small to medium size. I understand the challenges faced by owner managers and the need for control in key areas, whilst keeping costs down.
Working first as an Accounts Assistant and progressing to Finance Manager, my role grew with the company and I am qualified by experience to Management Accountant level.
